Broker's Comments
This lady is a classic!
With a residential mooring in the heart of London, she will also take you around the world.
Previous owners sailed the boat to Australia via Panama and she has cruised the Mediterranean.
Now awaiting new adventures, the boat is currently used as a liveaboard with a much sought after residential mooring in Zone 2 London, close to local shops and amenities. She would make a great pied a terre for city workers who dream of sailing the ocean.
In need of a little tlc above decks, the accomodation is comfortable and roomy for the type of craft. Much preparation has been done above decks and work is planned for April 2014, which would be a great opportunity to see her below the waterline.
A must see for the sailing enthusiast who would also like to sail this classic lady.
