Broker's Comments

The last ever built Northwind 47 yacht is a gem of a boat, which would probably be more than happy in 50 knots of wind. It looks super comfortable and well built.

There are a double V berth cabin and a port side cabin with 2 single berths in the front. There is also a heads compartment to front starboard.
Big saloon has an U-shaped settee to port and chart table to starboard. Functional galley is located aft starboard with passage to Owner's cabin back aft, with double bed and en-suite heads compartment with separate shower cubicle.

Major refurbishment was made back in 2010 when all the rigging was renewed,
the hull and topsides were all repainted, the interior was revarnished and new blinds for the saloon windows and new covers for all the seating covers were fitted.
There has also been subsequent work done and the engines have been recently serviced.
This North Wind 47 hasn't however been used for some time and requires care and maintenance.
